The App is a mobile application for recording and visualizing water intake. It aims to make daily hydration a pleasant habit through experiences such as water surface animations that respond to device tilt and haptic feedback.

3. Health Information Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice.
Hydration goals are set by users themselves and are not medically endorsed recommendations.
Please consult a physician for any health-related decisions.
We are not liable for any health-related damages resulting from use of the App.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

Using the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
Using automated systems to access the service in bulk

5. Intellectual Property

The Aquia name, branding, and application code are the property of FLUQS. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Service Availability

Continuous availability of the App is not guaranteed.
The service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice.
We are not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLUQS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
